great dealership purchased a 2011 Honda Ridgeline, they were great, a little high pressure but had the best inventory and pricing of all Honda dealerships in the valley

At the time of the purchase I was told by the salesman At the time of the purchase I was told by the salesman I’m getting one year warranty and two oil change when I got to the Accounting to pay he reduced it down to six month and one oil change the car value on your Linc advertisement was 13,000 and there is a notes on it less than the value of Kbb I paid 15 1/2 in order to get the one year and two oil change. I feel disappointed

The issue with my car was directly related to a part that Honda had recently replaced, which made this situation Honda’s responsibility. As a result, I was without my car for three days and had no choice but to rent a vehicle in order to get to work, since taking time off was not an option. Sheisters… all of them. Sheisters… all of them. We agreed on a price for the vehicle and a price for the trade in. They tacked on two separate fees without disclosing them to us… one for zaktek and the other a tint lifetime warranty to the tune of around $1,800. Then Fernando Rascón in financing sold us a service package (singular) which he said included all mechanical and body/glass for 5 years. The dealership is extremely unprofessional. The dealership is extremely unprofessional. We were in negotiation for a vehicle for a week and set a date with a worker to come in and buy the car. When we arrived, I was told the car was sold the night before. We had driven 2 hours to come get the vehicle. A lack of communication and professionalism is visible through the dealership on a large scale across both their sales and financing departments.

Dishonest practices. Dishonest practices. We agreed on an out-the-door price for our vehicle, but when it came time to finalize the paperwork, the finance manager claimed we had to pay over $800 for state registration separately — a charge that should have been included in the agreed upon price. After completing all the paperwork, which documented that the car had only 6 miles on it, we left it with their service department to install accessories.
