We love shrimp basket! Food and service are always great!
RecommendedBeen snow birding here for four years, have dined here numerous times, including tonight, excellent every time. The low country boil we had tonight could not have been any better. Service is excellent and so is the friendly staff.
Visited for the first time Tuesday and my family loved it. Friendly staff and fast service.
None of them!!! We sit down with one menu for the two of us. 20 mins later served a group next to us that just was seated. Wasn’t asked what we wanted to drink nothing to eat. On vacation and drove 12 hours to eat something different and was treated poorly. Won’t ever go back!!!

just went there at 2:15 today Valentines day February 14th. was told to set at a table. said I'll take care of you in a minute baby, that's how she said it, thought going to be a good day. sat there while she served others. went right by us and ask the next table Y'all need anything else baby. we'll we still set there. then we got up and walked out, oh yeah she saw us then. oh I forgot to get them, that's OK I said. y'all to busy to serve us we invisible I guess. followed us out the door asking anything I can do ... read more

Disappointed bc we were excited for shrimp and oyster specials on Tuesday. We normally frequent Foley, but got off work at 8 in gulf shores so rushed over there. Got there before 8:30 (cutting it close, I know, but again, didn’t get off work till 8:00) Open sign is on, but there’s a sign blocking the door so no one could get in, and everyone inside cleaning didn’t acknowledge us while we were clearly confused about what time they closed, opened sign being on etc. So we turned and walked away and will they foley next week ❤️

We come down once a year for our vacation, and we usually stop at Shrimp Basket because we have always enjoyed the food and service. Last year at the Gulf Shores Shrimp Basket, service was so slow, and we waited a long time for food. We figured the place was still recovering from the Covid epidemic and short of employees. We gave it another try this year…..nope. Waited over 20 minutes to have someone come and at least take a drink order. 4 or 5 servers kept passing us, looking at the table, and walking away.
