Got 2 orders for takeout not one hushpuppy, no slaw and no corn nuggets. Menu says…. Baskets come with 2 hush puppies, shrimp slaw and 1 or 2 corn nuggets. Also fryer grease really needs to be changed, everything fried together in the same grease….. HORRIBLE!!!!!
The service was terrible we got the wrong order because she didn’t write it down. She gave us plastic forks because she said the servers threw it away. The stuff for my salad didn’t come.i also had trouble getting a refill on my water

Terrible service. If they gave everyone the experience we had tonight they would have to close the doors. Several tables around us were having issues as well. Never had a problem at other locations, I wouldn’t go back to this one again. Possibly won’t go back to any again, just awful.

just spent over $60 for take out for Father's day. really disappointed in the quality of fried fish, shrimp and oysters. All overcooked, I have dealt with you since the 80's when Johnny opened it in Gulf Shores. the fish was spongy, and not very much in a couple platters. Eddie if you still own this u need to tighten them up. always had excellent food until today it was not good. just a long time local here!!!

Service was horrible 😂 I’ve been serving tables for 9 years and this was one of the worst experiences EVER. Thank god the food was good.... but our app came out with the meal... never got refills and was never checked on once. We saw our waitress once to get our order after sitting for 5 minutes and again to drop off the check. Two times during our entire time there. Never again. 🤘🏼
Normally I wouldn’t give anything other than 5 stars, but today the folks at this location must have been having an “off day.” They were super slow, yet we sat for 10-15 minutes, had 2 different ladies ask if we had been waited on, yet both walked away and still we sat, waiting. Do better Shrimp Basket!!
Expensive and small portions in my order. Extremely upset 😢 i will never buy again 👎
