Service was horrible. The waitress refilled our drinks one time, then when 4 out of the 7 people ordered the all you can eat shrimp after your first plate of like 6 shrimp they would bring out 5 shrimp at a time and when you asked for another plate it took her 15 minutes to bring it to you. The crab claws were small and not seasoned definitely not worth the $60 for two people. The restaurant was filthy. Flies in the food preparation area. Dirty floors and walls. Sticky tables and chairs. Filthy menus. My sister and I sat at the table for a minute before we got up and walked out. I will never go back.
I'm a local, I know my food. I went to the Foley location last night. Ordered the seafood basket and a beer. First beer was served hot, had it replaced. My order came out a little too fast. 6 shrimp, 2 1/2 tiny oysters, what was supposed to be catfish, stuffed crab, two hush puppies, and I substituted turnips for the fries. The shrimp were greasy. the only thing good about this place is their manager from a couple of years ago had great ta tas and didn't mind showing them.
we decided on shrimp basket for lunch..... I always get the crab claws....they dont carry them anymore. we always get mozzarella sticks for appetizers.....they dont carry them anymore. we always substitute the shrimp slaw for fries (because it doesn't have a good taste AT ALL) and they no longer do that. sooooo we will not be coming back
We walked in, there were quite a few people in there. We figured we'd have to wait. They said "No wait." And directed us to a table in the corner. No big deal. Owen (3yrs) got to to enjoy the spritzers outside. We waited. A couple more tables were seated. Then those tables were acknowledge by staff and their drink orders were taken, and then brought out in a timely fashion. One year ago we were there and had really awful service. This experience was 100 percent better!
