I’ve always came to this specific shrimp basket because my food is always fresh. But it seems after the remodel and changes to the company, the taste has began to lack. Soggy cold fries, lukewarm gumbo on a freezing day. The only thing that was perfect was the raw chucked oysters. Starting to not like shrimp basket anymore 😒

The foyer has a confusing mix of pick up orders and people waiting to be seated. Staff not friendly or attentive. One of the staff walked out and asked,” how was I doing?” I replied, “ Not very good!”. He kept walking. I realize the staff can be busy, but I did not have a good experience. I will not be returning.

Standing in line to be seated trying to keep our social distance. Being ignored by the hostess for 15 minutes...a man walks in and in front us and gets seated!!! We will not be back.

I was so looking forward to oysters since I can’t get them at home. So disappointed! The oysters I got were burnt and tasteless. My husband got the stuffed crab basket and it was too salty. After paying $40+ not very happy!
