This is supposed to be the grilled chicken salad that I ordered from y’all threw door dash 🤔 everything is missing. I thought y’all confirmed all the orders. $13.09 and I didn’t even get the ranch dressing either 🤷🏽♀️
We had a Party of 5 arrived at 5, they had maybe 6 people seated when we arrived, ordered the all you can eat shrimp special, each plate had maybe 10 shrimp on it, and they tasted like rubber! Told our server who said they’d bring more out, 45 minutes later still no shrimp, no server? No drink refills and it took asking 3 people to get to talk to the “manager” who informed us he would call the manager and see what they could do, offered 20% discount and apology because they’re understaffed! Been here many times but this restaurant is certainly in decline. The food had no taste, I had catfish and my wife had shrimp both tasted the same. I ordered a bottle beer but was told if they had it on draft they couldn’t have it in a bottle. First I ever heard that😞

a group of friends and I went to shrimp basket last night to celebrate at around 8:20pm last night and the store was closed and locked up. I was told by a few that shrimp basket is so good so we went to try it out and we were very were let down , I was told they didn't close until 9 .

Order off the Waitr app was kinda excited because I’ve heard good things. Well I got the chicken Cesar salad expecting sooo much better. I get the salad and there are three small chicken strips on the top of the salad not even cut up. Stale croutons and browned lettuce also one tiny cup of dressing. It was a pitiful excuse for a salad that’s almost 11 dollars. � disappointed is an understatement.
Just went in for dinner and waited 15 minutes and no one came to take our order. Every other table around us was checked on and a table that came in after us placed their order before we were ever even checked on. And to top it off the restaurant was empty. So we left and won’t be coming back.
Kitchen was horrible last night . We were there over 2 1/2 hours.
My friends and I ate here tonight and the food was great and our waitress was great. BUT, the manager, Savannah, red headed girl, was absolutely awful. She literally swept around our feet and almost swept our feet. And then we said something and she was very, very and acted very childish and got a rude attitude. Will not be getting our business anymore.
