They did an excellent job of mitigating mice and were responsive to calls. I just use them for ants. The problem is not resolved and I cannot get them to return my call to discuss next Steps. I've called 3x over a 2 week period and no response?

SHS remediated my home for mice that we getting in my basement. Their technician Shawn was punctual, conducted a thorough inspection of my house. Found and took pictures of a number of troubling spots, He was courteous and explained everything so I understood my options. I made a decision for a strong pest barrier along the foundation and house. On install day, again he was right on time and did a really nice job. Product works well. Will arrive early if you ask. Hard to get on the phone. Long waits for return phone calls after message.

We didn't know what insect was causing a hard "drip" and inches of a soft ceiling so we called SHS. They provided a tentative diagnosis based on the photos we sent. A technician came the next morning, went into our attic and found a really big old wasp nest with a new one being built next to it. He exterminated the new one and cleared both of the nests out. Big! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and really pleasant. The same is true for the woman who first took our call. An excellent company!

I'm looking forward to writing SHS a *Great* review - waiting for a tech to come out for my appointment this week. So far, withholding judgment but will write a full review once my pest problem (yellow jacket nest inside my basement!) is eradicated. I called and left a voicemail on Sunday (Business was closed - didn't expect a call back on Sunday). Called and left another voicemail on Monday soon after SHS opened - no call back within an hour. Prompt, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. And for anyone worried about this point in particular, they are NOT going to try to sell you a service that you don't actually need. If we ever have a problem again, we will definitely call SHS; and we would definitely recommend them!

These guys are great! I don't know a lot about pest control but all my pests seem to be very controlled at the moment. Friendly, courteous, and prompt! What else could you ask for.

We are so pleased with SHS Pest Control and their staff. Deb, Edith, and Christina were fun to chat with as we set up our appointments. I believe it was Christina who suggested we buy shell-less bird seed to keep the rats away. We never would have known that they like the shells and don't even eat the seeds. Adam, the kind, sweet, friendly, professional technician took care of our problem and reminded us of the 2 month "warranty" in case we need him to return. We love this company!
