I used SHS Pest Control recently. The tech did a great job and nice guy, no fault there at all! Got the job itself done nicely. My issue is when I got the bill from the office it was a different price, as the tech said one thing and the office another. So I think you have a communication issue with techs to office. TC, I'm sorry if the technician quoted a different price to you however the Customer service representative not only quoted you the proper staring price when filling out the questionnaire form, she also circled the starting price quoted to you at that time. We didn't charge you anymore than the starting price originally quoted to you. The technicians do not price the jobs as they do not know what our cost of doing business is or our overhead costs to send a truck and technician to your property. Horrible company to do business with. Rather than send a tech to diagnose an infestation issue (as I requested). They made an assessment only via telephone after asking for samples to be brought to their office. They eventually made a diagnosis (we later determined an incorrect one) and booked an appointment for a treatment. Their tech never showed and the company failed to return our calls. I would suggest to avoid this business.
I had used SHS pest control for services in the past and had recommended them to many others. I recently had a problem and called them again. They did come immediately , but I was left in the middle of a problem being told "there is nothing I can do for you". I was not given all the information at the beginning and thought the initial problem was solved.
