Safety and parking issues It’s quiet during the day, maintenance workers do a great job tending to the property and are very punctual for work orders. If you don’t have a garage or covered parking- it’s very crowded. I believe even if you have reserved covered parking someone is in your spot. Tenants wake up to their tire/wheels stolen off their cars. Loud yelling and screaming in the middle of the night on weekends. The main gate code hasn’t changed and it’s a safety issue.
