Great Location! Friendly Staff! I lived at Sierra Fall Creek for 4 years and had a great experience. The location is amazing and the apartments are great and have been recently remodeled. There have been lots of amenities added in the recent months. The staff is very friendly and I found them to be honest and genuinely caring towrd their residents. If you are looking for an apartment in the northeast part of Houston I would highly suggest you start here.

Verified Renter The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. I took pictures of the washroom with stuff between the washer and dryer. Trash and dirt on top of the hot water heater. My move in process was a hassle. I work graveyard shift and told them that I would be there to pick up my keys at 9am when they opened, I didn't get my keys until almost 10am. Then the keys that they gave me didn't work, so I had to walk back down 3 flights of steps, go back to office and tell them that the keys didn't work. This was very frustrating be... read more

Verified Renter Over rated at this point office staff is a joke . Community it self quiet no issue recently , miner insect issue bugs will come from out of nowhere everyone and a while .

Verified Renter First moving in was awesome. We didn’t expect anything almost like luxury and very spacious, but after a few more weeks staying in, there has been roaches everywhere the dryer giving out, the knob on the microwave broken, looks like someone glued it on, the stove top broken two out of 10 would not recommend.

New assistants sucks Besides the fact that she’s always on her phone she also has a terrible attitude. She’s so rude and replies to your questions unprofessionally. She has no business working in an office environment she has zero customer service talks to you like she’s talking to a homegirl. She needs to get a job where it won’t matter if she’s on her phone all day. Lots of staff changes lately and she’s the one that was poorly made. Verified Renter don’t have it together in that office. The two major things that really lit a fire in me was when the office manager had my car towed for no reason then actually bragged to me about getting it towed not knowing it was my vehicle and it was tied for no reason at all! They had it released at no charge but I was responsible for getting it back to the apartment. So disappointed If you're moving out you should plan to move before your actual move-out date. They expect you to be done moving by the end of the business day or they will charge you for another day's rent. Instead of giving you the whole day to move which I've never heard of. Moving takes time and sometimes can take the whole 24 hours even with minimal possessions. Beware of Sierra New management Sierra at fall creek experience. I usually avoid putting bad reviews but I didn't stop myself writing my experience. I spend 4 years at this apartment and had a very good experience for first 3 years. Good location near to my office Halliburton, Good management, supportive staff but things have changed completely on 4th year with new management has taken over the charge. Beware - Theft Problem, Quick to Evict, Nitpicky for the Wrong Reasons I will try to be as objective as possible, but please understand how frustrated I am with this property and management. 1. They changed their billing system about 5-6 months ago. I had already set up automatic payments on the old system, which that system already deducted from my bank account.
