Costco contracts with Sierra Pacific for HVAC systems. My sales rep, Gary listened to my demands and expectations and proceeded to put together a quote on the spot - everything clearly outlined and explained. My wife and I decided to proceed to have Sierra Pacific replace our 20 year old systems. Installation and techs great. Furnace and AC unit great. Customer Service...not sure. Have had unit literally 1 year and it already has a Freon leak. I was charged a fee to inject sealant with die to find leak, but not charged for the actual Freon refill. Now 2 days later AC unit not pumping out cold air. When technician worked on the unit he told me I could end up paying 2400 dollars to fix the leak. Pretty sure I did not cause this leak. He told me dog urine will degrade copper pipes, which I know is true, but the unit is ... read more
Thank you for the excellent customer service. Joel did a great job. My air conditioner was working twice as hard which was running up my electric bill. He was very patient as I asked him many questions. I highly recommend Sierra Pacific home and comfort.

The employees are nice and friendly but we have had the air conditioner for three years and everything is great. We also got a service plan that provides semi yearly maintenance. This is the problem. Two times the service people have done something wrong or forgotten to replace something which resulted in our air conditioner not working and we have had to call them back. This is carelessness of their service people. Very frustrating.
