RecommendedI absolutely love Shawn at Theory! He has always been such a delight to work with, as we transition my daughter from a dorm to her first apartment. I would recommend Theory to any college parent looking for reassurance with their kids first apartment. My daughter has recommended so many of her friends as well. Can’t wait until move in! RecommendedThere are alot of mixed reviews of this apartment I thought I'd clear the air, and give a fair review of the place as well as show where it is flawed/ needs to improve. The apartment is beautiful and the apartments themselves are everything you could want in a college apartment, stainless steel appliances, free T.V., balcony, etc. The staff is friendly and willing to help at the front desk. RecommendedJust moved to this brand new apartment! The apartment is soo great and stylish. Very nice living room and kitchen. Nice private bedroom and bath. A big fitness center and very pleasant pool area. The location is super good!!!!! 5 minutes walking to NC State North Campus, right next to Cameron Village and in walking distance to Downtown. And of course staff: they are very helpful, friendly. They are always ready to help! Feels like new home! I do recommend everyone to consider living in Theory Raleigh!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Cannot (will not) ever try to help any of the tenants with any simple temporary requests. Don’t get locked out! Because you will not be able to reach any overnight security.....Because there is NO SECURITY! That makes it very convenient for violence and the murder that happened during the 2020/2021 school year. They don’t care about any ones safety.....only $$$$$$$. Please don't sign a lease here. It is not worth it . if they give you a bad roommate, it is your problem. My current roommate is a very disrespectful person and she even tried to poison me and.she already threw away some of my cookwares and put my clothes on the floor. She is very disrespectful and it is impossible to live with her. I don't know if she wants to kill me or make sick , but you can see how serious is it.
