Signature 1505 is in a fantastic location with beautiful amenities and nice apartments that have balconies. The apartments are brand new but fairly small for the price you are paying. The Maintenance Crew is wonderful, the Leasing Consultants are always polite and attentive- shoutout to Maayan, Emily, and TK for being excellent- and Shomari the Assistant Manager helped me out when needed . Stay away from Theory Raleigh! They are refusing to refund my $1,800 deposit and making it impossible for me to get the money that they owe me. I payed the deposit online with my credit card. You would think they could refund it they same way, but they say they are unable to do so (of course they can do it, it’s a simple procedure, they just don’t want to pay the fee). Theory promised a $250 referral discount back when we first did the lease in May which we never received. In August we asked about it and was told they were waiting on gift cards to give out. In October we were told it would only be $150. Just the other day we were told that they have no record of any referral. The key fob has had constant issues. The coffee bar never has any coffee. Ants everywhere, staff doesnt take care of things, powers been out to half the building for hours(hurricane florence) Duke energy says the building has power, but theory says its a problem with duke. i dont care who it is but such communication issues should not exist. note its only been mildly windy and rainy in raleigh the entire time. they also havent had anyone here during the hurricane. no office employees to speak of no issues over the past 5 days have been taken care of. meanwhile, they tried to tell my roommate his m... read more
