Verified Renter Signature is up there in terms of apartment complexes. Sure, it is a bit expensive as with all "luxury apartments" but the amenities, accessibility of the location, and apartments themselves make it largely worthwhile and better in my opinion than the surrounding competition. Signature has several community activities throughout a given month, the location in RTC means there is easy access to a cute downtown with a lot of options for dining out, and the apartment appliances work well and are nice enough. Verified Renter Overall nice units, great location, price is a little on the high side for what you get. The maintenance team is generally responsive but make sure to push for what you need as you may get someone good or not. Generally positive experience and love the high floor views, the floorplans are all a bit of a weird layout so you may have difficulty with furnishing
