Verified Renter This apartment looks nice, but have many uncomfortable-living issues - thin walls, no window screens (can’t leave the window open for more than a minute due to bugs flying in), AC issue, low water pressure, etc.

Verified Renter So far I have had a terrible experience with the leasing office. However, maintenance has been great and the amenities are nice to have as well.

Verified Renter Current leasing staff is not worth the location and amenities. Communicated the wrong rent charge, didn’t send cleaners to my new unit for 3 weeks (I moved into an apartment with urine and old food, and they ignored my concerns for weeks)

Verified Renter Maintenance is great, although front desk and leasing office can be a bit unresponsive and hard to get ahold of. Non maintenance Staff can be disrespectful to younger residents. Pet accidents can be found and left in the halls for days.

Verified Renter The building is clean and with a great location. I love the amenities. But used to be a great place to live, but now we’re experiencing some issues. There’s marijuana smell, specially in elevators and parking lot. You can have a lot of events, but it looks that they have a short budget now.

Verified Renter I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a roommate. It would have been great if both the rooms were of the same type. Also, it seems like previous occupants had a pet and they have not cleaned the bedroom carpet well. There is a lot of pet hair.

We're generally happy here, but the alarms went af... We're generally happy here, but the alarms went aff again thus morning and based on the pattern, I could tell that it wasn't a true emergency alarm. My husband suffers from insomnia, so even though it was after 8am, it was very disruptive to our sleep. The alarms have been better this year than last year, but the false alarms are still very terrible!

Great location, but it doesn't feel like home! A ... Great location, but it doesn't feel like home! A lot of business meeting in the lobby, its like an extension of someones office, don’t like this kind of atmosphere!

Be aware Long process to apply to live here, even making over six figures. The staff wasn’t helpful and the run around to just apply, makes you feel like you’re applying for a government job with a security clearance. Let’s be honest here. The staff that week had other priorities and didn’t care less. Application at a near by apartment complex was easy and was able to move in within 24 hours.
