Beware of the leasing office, but decent place to live. Pros: - The apartment itself is great, noise level is fine, and the distance to get around the city is wonderful. - Maintenance is on-site (which can also be a con...see below). - Leasing office offers a gift wrapping station which can save you money - Gym is on site and larger than other apartment gym complexes. Signature Ridge Apartments Great apartment complex , super helpful staff, amazing maintenance crew and wonderful residence. Signature ridge offers great community activities weekly also is furnished with a weight room and two pools on site. The location is great, there is a ton of different shops and grocery stores nearby. Priced very fair. Difently a must look at if your apartment searching!

Signature Ridge They are remodeled and most include new appliances. Many of them also include a washer and dryer. I don't like their pet policy however, $400 deposit plus $15 monthly pet rent.

apt 1015 I've lived at signature ridge apartments for 3 years now, and I've really enjoyed them all. They are probably my favorite apartment so far. They have enough parking, which is rare here in san antonio! They have a very large property with a lot of grass and trees, great for dog walks. Now the negatives. The maintenence is ok but not stellar. They do come when they say but I think their attempt at cost effectiveness shows. They will have to come back again and again before they replace anything. It's nice but there are roaches. Not going to sugar coat it. The area and apartments are beautiful but the sad thing is there are roaches. I feel like they really need to fumigate the whole apartment complex since it's pretty much an infestation. They charge you for pest control but you have to sign up for it weekly. In my opinion if they are charging for pest control it should definitely be done weekly without having to sign up for it all the time. This has honestly only been my main problem with the apartment. Unprofessional Management/Incompetent Staff Some things you might want to consider before moving to this place (my advice: dont move): 1) No professionalism by reception/management staff: They do not respect their residents, behave rudely, and do not know how to communicate with residents. I was being yelled at by one of the leasing managers for asking a simple question like “why is the computer room printer not working and whats the issue with it”. I just want to know I will have water. Lived here for seven months now and the water is shut off several times a week on a weekly basis. I have gone over 24 hours before with no water, and sometimes there is no warning. When we pay for rent we pay for water, a basic human right and necessity. Half the complex is Airbnb and I am sure those visitors get reimbursements, but not the people who actually pay rent and live on the property. Verified Renter I’ve lived in 2 different apartments in signature ridge and they both had a messed up washing machine and they both had AC issues I would not recommend moving here there is always some type of issue when you first move in .
