Verified Renter Maintenance takes forever (2 months to show up for a toilet problem) but they have a nice pool.

Verified Renter Move in date: 03/19 Total maintenance request since: No W/D, No trash can, No cord for stove, No hot water, Microwave is broken. My apartment was NOT move in ready and they expected me to be okay with this? We had to constantly call the office to get someone out in a reasonable time. Avoid This started out as a nice place, with a lot of great potential. Unfortunately, it has been going steeply downhill over the last two years. The gates are never working and are always open leading to so many car break-ins. It’s probably about 1,5 years ago since they were working for at least a week straight. Verified Renter Water leakage caused kitchen cabinet wet and entry closet. They cut the wall area and left it open for months. There are sharp nails on the kitchen wall due to unfinished maintenance work. But I was told that source of water leakage couldnt be found. They simply closed the request. Molds started forming in the closet area again now and it gets really bad due to water leakage. Verified Renter Overall a great place to live. The maintenace dept is top notch. We have issues with property crime here, but this isn't just a Signature Ridge problem. It's the world we live in. I do however feel that Signature Ridge could better make adjustments to this problem and that would bring the quality of life here way up.

Verified Renter This apartment complex is nice for those who don't plan on trying to talk to any of the staff after they have signed. I also think it is a decent complex if you plan on eventually moving. However, if you hate cockroaches, rodents, etc. running around then think about moving elsewhere. Also-- if you have a dog and would like to take them walking, their idea of a "dog park" while the name they give it is cute, the park itself is just a square fence with dead grass. Verified Renter Much improvement is necessary in order for this place to be true luxury living. It is conveniently located but the company needs to place more importance on keeping the complex up to the standard of luxury it boasts about, and its community happy with better living standards, better front office know-how is desperately needed.

Verified Renter Were being charged a hoa fee as if were living in house . The hot water doesnt stay hot long . Not enough parking spot.

Verified Renter Poor leasing team. Front gates consistently broken and left open. Management does not respond to concerns/needs even when urgent. Why do I pay for amenities like gated community, washer/dryer in unit, pool, etc. when I cant use most of them anyways?
