I visited the "Signature Smiles" office yesterday for the first time. It is easy to find and easy to access on Lake Street on Oak Park (literally behind Chipotle). The moment I walked in, I was greeted from the friendly folks at the front desk. The lobby area was extremely clean, with plenty of places to sit and very modern. I think that as always the front office staff were very professional and friendly. I found the dental hygienist (Jennifer) very professional and attentive.
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also, appreciate how accommodating everyone was related to my tardiness and getting my daughter in at the last minute. The front desk staff is awesome! Molly my dental hygienist was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt very comfortable with her. Moreover, Dr. Buen put me at ease with the cosemetic treatment plans that she developed for my daughter and I. I am extremely pleased with the proactive professional provision of skilful care, which I received from a wonderful team of well qualified and friendly people.
Dr Tauber is very thorough & explains everything very well. I was given topical anesthetic prior to perio cleaning, which really helped it be less painful. All of the staff has worked there many years, so it's nice seeing familiar faces. Always a pleasant experience. And my teeth are super clean.
I had an extended dental appointment as I was long overdue for dental work. I had my young 8 year old son with me and they were so understanding and took such good care of him! They also took care of me! No pain and my teeth and gums feel amazing! The office even called the next day to make sure I was feeling ok!
The staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. Dr. Tauber did an excellent job with cleaning and replacing a few missing teeth, I am very grateful for their skills, Mae was an awesome assistant to Dr. Tauber, she knew I was nervous and really helped me relax . I appreciated their kindness so much that I stopped in the day after my appoinment and brought them a bouquet of Flowers,Thank you Signature Smiles :)
As always SS is friendly, fun and super efficient.
