Ronnie is the Coolest office Personnel Manager that Signature Smiles could ever have. She makes sure that she is attentive and explains every potential cost associated with your visit and or bill. The office staff was very friendly and efficient. The hygenist was very good. I appreciated that she took time to explain what insurance was likely to pay as far as the deep cleaning. What could have been better for me at least is that i don't like to be marketed to. The picture that was taken when I came in turned out to be marketing teeth whitening. My teeth are in good hands. My tooth cracked and needs an immediate attention. Staff are very friendly and able to accommodate me asap in order to fix the cracked tooth, not only the cracked tooth needs fixing they found a whole new problems to some of my teeth, so it's like Dr. Buen said needs a lot of TLC touch ups and follow ups. I came in my first time ever to get a consultation done and everyone was very helpful, warm, inviting, and nice.
The best dentist that I have had. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have never had a problem with the work they have done. They will explain and show you everything. Mallory does a great cleaning. The office is very modern they can show you on a monitor any problem you may have. The minute I walked in every one was friendly and knew my name a great experience. I will continue to send referrals to you.
