We enjoyed how communicative he was. As first time home buyers, we appreciated that he always gave us a call at each step of process so that we could go over any questions we might have. He also ran numbers on each house we were interested in so that we had a good idea of the monthly payment and cash to close amounts. He and his team responded to emails within 1 business day, at most, which made the whole process so much smoother.
