RecommendedMy 2012 Toyota Tundra started running bad. Check engine light and maintenance light came on. Called my sells lady Tracy Poland and she connected me with service department. They got me in the next day fix the problem and got my truck back in about 4 hours. Very happy customer.....

Your business is only as good as your service department. I had 4 new tires mounted. I requested to keep old tires because they still had good tread for someone else. I get home, I have no valve stem caps on any tires. They didn't even bother to tell me, they cut the other tires off the rim, leaving big chunks cut out of tire seal. The used tires are absolute trash now. Why would I want to take cut up tires. I spent $1,500. I will never return to Silsbee Toyota.
