I normally don’t do this, but I don’t know of any other way to get a resolution. The service has been horrible. Should’ve stayed away from this dealership from day 1 when they charged ridiculous amounts for mandatory dealer add ons such as “interior stain protection”. That’s on me though. What is not on me is the service I’ve received since purchase. Most recently, 2-27-23 took it in for an oil change. Didn’t find out until I changed the oil again myself on 8-5-23 that the drain plug was loose and had been leaking oil.... read more

I made an appointment to have a multi inspection for Satourday @8 sharp. I arrived @7:45 and checked in. I saw my vehicle sitting until 8:45 and asked the service guy what the status was, he replied that it would be next and be taken baken back in 20 mins. I asked for my keys and left. I had a busy morning and told the gal that when I made my appt. Will not return.
I will never buy from this dealership! Customer service was terrible didn't act like they wanted to sell a car they just wanted to go home. Lady we were working with didn't know a thing about her job! She couldn't answer questions and made us get up and go ask her boss about it. Not only did they try and screw us on trade value but quoted us numbers than they could not commit to! That being said I urge anyone in the market for a Toyota to go to phillphot! Best experience I've ever had at a dealership!
Sold a pre certified 2014 tundra with under 11k miles with bent frame and customer service was by far the worst I ever experienced buying a car. I would suggest don't waste your time as they aren't as honorable as they say. I drove about 2 hrs thinking
