Saved me on short notice, affordable, and nicer than I expected. Honestly, no complaints I suppose. It was the nicest and most affordable place I've come across in Reno. I would stay here again. The room was available at a late hour at an affordable price. Really saved me after the Airbnb we booked didn't have enough beds, central AC, and was honestly just gross.

Overall, we liked the property and proximity to the University of Nevada Reno. Our rooms were switched to smoking, even though I had confirmed a non-smoking room. Additionally, it would be helpful if they provided at least four sets of towels in rooms with two queen beds, so guests don't have to keep requesting more. Also, it would have been ideal to have a refrigerator in the room, as there wasn't one. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary water provided at check-in. Pleasant Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The handy man was doing work on a nearby room and we could hear drilling around 8:00am til 10:00 am The location of the property is very convenient.

nice room and convenient to where I needed to be. Resort fee and restaurants are pricey The room price was great, but they have some crazy resort fee that makes it more expensive than it should be. Also, Reno casino's used to offer room and a show/dinner deals and they no longer do, so I doubt I'll b staying there again. clean and comfortable, roomy and nice view
