Very Good I was charged an early check in fee for being 15 minutes early and the check in staff was not friendly and told me the room was ready but it didn't matter I was still being charged the fee or I could come back in 15 minutes. The rooms are always fine.

All in all great stay The shuttle from the airport stopping at midnight kinda sucked as I got into Reno about 12:15am but no big deal. First morning I didn't have hot water to take my shower. I called the front desk and let them know. I found out from others staying at the same casino they didn't have hot water either. Later that evening I went back to my room and the water got nice and hot. The transits wandering around the casino made it a bit odd and made it uncomfortable at times.
