Very pleasant but a bit pricey. The first room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. After speaking to the front desk about options they did give us a different room with the same view we originally had. This did resolve our A/C issue. Room was clean. We were given a good view from our room upon our request. Front desk helped us with our checkin using a kiosk when they noticed we were having a little trouble. We stayed for four nights for our sons UNR graduation and final weekend of baseball for UNR.

They are not tranparent when it comes to the costs. The servive not as good as expected. I asked for coffee at the front desk since I did not need room service. I was promised to get it. Never happened. Even though they charge with the hidden costs for the coffee. Also there are other extra charges that are not transparent. The bed was great, the view marvelous, the shower very comfortable. And the room was clean,

Exceptional Location was great. Walking distance, for me, to the Automobile Museum and the Art muesuem

Good The refrigerator was small and no microwave was in the room. Come on, every hotel now a days has a microwave in the room. Comfortable room, clean, well maintained. Check in was slow but the self check in worked. Good access to activities and I enjoyed the Celtic woman show
