Best Stay on the Row Using booking.com my last name was my first name and I wasn't able to use the kiosk to check in. So I had to wait in line. The entire casino and room was amazing and clean and fresh. Beds were comfy. I'll Def stay again!

Very Good The late night old fashioned at the cafe was not the best. The room was bigger than expected. The food selections were excellent. The Cafe had a ton of treats and great coffee.

Convenient to train station, Reno Ballroom. Very uncomfortable bed pillows, dark and outdated decor throughout hotel. Hotel felt under construction. Loud banging noises all night long. Clean,simple rooms. Convenient to Reno Ballroom and Event center.
