Reno really is the biggest little city in the world Wasn’t too thrilled about the shuttle service when it came time to drop me off at the airport… standing around waiting for people to come - I think if people are not at the pick up spot when the shuttle got there, then the shuttle driver shouldn’t have to wait around. Then having to go three more stops before being dropped off at the airport and maybe missing my flight was stressful. Great stay once I finally found the hotel desk. I came in the front entrance and could NOT find signage to the hotel desk. Nothing directing customers to hotel check in. Looking around a blind corner is when I actually saw the hotel desk sign. This needs to be addressed. Just about everything. Clean, updated, everything worked properly, and quiet. No noise from above and minimal hallway noise. Room oder free and that’s really appreciated.

Wonderful To walk around Downtown Reno is depressing and dirty. Even the river walk is sad...homeless people, drug use, and feces. It's a shame. The hotel and room were wonderfully clean and beautiful. We were on the 30th floor with a nice mountain view (non- smoking). We are not gamblers but enjoyed walking around and enjoyed dinner on the Row. Great place to stay for a night or two and catch a show.
