Staff were so welcoming and courteous, room was comfortable, many convenient shops and places to eat The room was great with the exception of the shower. It had corner and grout mold. At peak evening times, it seemed that only 1 elevator was working. We had booked Ruth Chris for dinner as it was so convenient but were almost late due to elevator. Trip was fun but room was too warm. Long hallways and tepid air conditioning. Long lines at check in.

Great stay with comfortable rooms and good value. The pool was really cold! Not just my family but many families there all felt the same and the hot tub is tiny!! Everyone wanted to be in there instead. Even though it was 85 or 90 degrees out. I liked that there were many food options, clean comfortable rooms and location
