Pleasant Smelled of smoke and even room had lingering smoke smell, housekeeping was difficult even when calling in, comforter had stain and was not replaced or changed even when we asked for it Location and parking

Lovely hotel with horrible employees The hotel and casino staff plus the people who work in the bars, restaurants, cafes, and gift shops don’t know anything about the hotel, about the city of Reno, where to get a taxi or an Uber ride; they know nothing about Hot August Nights events and locations, nothing about the casino, the shops, restaurants. Employees are an absolute useless waste of human energy there. They are also very unfriendly. Not crowded. Free parking. Great casino, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
