In past years had stayed at Silver Legacy, however this stay was disappointing. Reported problems in room (TV service down), almost 24 hours before checking out & was not even fixed.Front desk said serviced was down from floors 26 -30. However, I pointed out that family was staying rm 3000 and they had cable services. They could not explain. No breakfast. Dinner was good.

We'll be back! Absolutely nothing The staff was amazing and the hotel beautiful! My husband and I saw Dwight yokum in concert and celebrated 15 wonderful years together. Thank y'all for helping us to make cherished memories

Kurztripp nach Reno tolles Hotel mitten in der Row. Wir hatten ein sauberes und komfortables Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Parken ist kein Problem.

Good Smokey smell in room even though non-smoking room and pillows not comfortable. Also room temperature would not get as cool as we would have liked.

awesome, as usual a microwave would make it a 10 spotless bathroom

good rooms a lil stuffy. lots of noise the lack of communication with staff beautiful place

The Emerald City Pool could b open longer. Beds pretty comfy, pillows good. Nice, free parking. Contactless check in.
