A nice place to stay would stay again No complaints We had a nice room with a great view. The staff was professional and friendly. It's a great location lots to see in downtown Reno.

Great stay and a good clean friendly hotel service. Plenty of eateries during the day, good value for your money. I would’ve liked to see the eateries stay open past 10 on week nights. I really liked how we didn’t have to walk through the casino to get to the front desk and then to our rooms like you have to do in Vegas. After using the check in kiosk and having an issue with it, I immediately got help from staff that completed my check in process and actually ended up getting an up grade (Mountain View instead of city view)... read more

the bartenders and staff are exceptional played for 4 days , made a few dollars. the return on your cards for players club is the worst of any casino I have ever seen I played probably 6 to 7 hours everyday, cashed in for playing only $ 9.00. very clean, staff and restaurant staff were great

Ok+ hotel rooms staff attitudes towards guest needs some adjustment The hotel shuttle bus from the airport was full and the driver said he would come back for us after dropping off his passengers in about 40 minutes. He never came back after an 1.5 hours we called hotel they said shuttle bus doesn't operate after 12AM it was 12:30 AM and we would need to find our own transportation. silver legacy is better than the other hotels at the row. we had the spa room with the bath in the room and it was 10 everything was great Updated Room, Super clean, couldn’t hear anyone in the hall nor from other rooms on the side of us, easy to get parking close to the entrance

Pleasant They didn't have the king room I originally wanted ready for check in. Had to get a 2 bed room That they accommodated me for 1 extra night
