Pleasant Requesting items for room took two hours to be fulfilled. Coffee pot was broken and I requested a replacement. A replacement still hadn’t arrived after an hour and 15 minutes. It would be nice it different towers were completely smoke free. As soon as you step into the hallway the air freshener and lingering smoke smell are unpleasant. Parking was plentiful. Room was clean.

Very Good The elevators did not work to the parking garage and my husband had to climb 6 levels to get our car....when you're over 60 they should have had a shuttle service or something until that was fixed! The room was great and staff was efficient
