Very Good The coffee shop I got a chocolate eclair TERRIBLE IT WAS REALLY OLD I couldn't eat it .it was very very bad . very disappointed ! Well after we got our room 826 we went in and someone was already staying in the room so they had given us another room 3201 and it was alot nicer than the first one . it was alot bigger and we really loved the bathtub so overall we were pleased with our room

Very Good Front desk staff were very unprofessional, not helpful and rude. I had booked a king room and they gave me a double queen. Staff said there were no kings available. when I asked to talk with a manager, they said the manager was busy and not available. I won’t be staying at this hotel in the future. There are many other good choices! clean

Good until it wasn’t Fire alarm went off (most like pulled for fun by a guest). We had to leave the hotel, but we’re given little to know information. Went off a second time, but were told there wasn’t a problem and they were trying to shut it off. When we checked out, there was no mention about the inconvenience at 2 am. I brought it up, still no apology for any inconvenience it caused, and the clerk reluctantly said they could comp us a $25 voucher towards a meal on premises. it would have taken at least an hour to get any... read more
