room had very strong smoke smell. we are non smokers. hated being in the room we were given a smoking room…yuck! staff never mentioned we were being given a smoking room. I was congested the whole time.

nice clean hotel for 1 night when stranded in Reno waiting for plane. just don’t go outside the area outside had many scary drug addicts wondering around beautiful clean newly redone rooms

good but could be better price could have been cheaper, I’ve been to other hotels (updated & had many other amenities & it was cheaper or free) variety of things provided

Good We made our reservations because of canceled flights and it made the circumstances of our stay unfortunate. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
