Good The air conditioner didn't work well at all. The filter needs be changed for better quality. The price hike for street vibration is absolutely ridiculous. I expect it to be higher but not by that magnitude. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Very bad start but ended up OK. Check in took almost an hour. Because the line to the front desk was so long I used the kiosk, which seemed OK. But when we got to the room it was a smoking room. We didn't even step inside the smell was so bad. The kiosk did not ask if I wanted a non-smoking room, although my initial reservation stated that. I went to the long line to switch rooms and that took over 30 minutes. For half the time there was only one staff person checking people in. I must admit I was put out.
