Disappointed in Reno The hotel was not adequately staffed to handle the customer load. There were long lines every day for hotel check in and check out. The coffee shop was closed and created a shortage of places for people to eat breakfast and lunch. As a result there were long lines to get food service at anytime except mid afternoon. The room doors are very loud when shut unless special attention is made to close them slowly and quietly. Exceptional no microwaves! we spend all this money on expensive food in the establishment and have no way to reheat it.
