Wonderful Rude bell hop (older man) Location
Pleasant No coffee refilled in room. Had to ask 3 times. No handheld in shower. No sleep timer on TV. Floor dirty in bathroom. The bed was comfortable.

Great location, helpful staff, air conditioning not so good The AIr Conditioning in our room couldn’t keep up with the heat, and night time sleep was a bit warm. We had trouble sleeping because of it Loved the location and view of Reno. Staff was wonderful. Room was clean.
My stay was excellent, and the price was affordable. please heat the pool, put comfortable chairs in the pool area, put some shade pergolas in the pool area, thank you Have senior discounts. I had coffee in my room. I brought donuts for breakfast. Microwaves would be an added bonus.
