OK but will be more diligent in property selection from now on. Hot water was not completely reliable. We called the front desk the first evening at about 8:30 to say we only had luke warm water. They said someone would take a look in 15-30 minutes. No one showed up, but maintenance did call at 12:15 am! to ask if they could come in the room which annoyed us of course as we were already sleeping. We said call us in the morning. not a bad time in Reno water pressure was to high in the shower and the pool was closed. the view
Exceptional We didn't like that when we arrived for our 4 day stay the phone didn't work upon arrival in room 616. I had to use my personal cell phone to reach or speak with the front desk. I also walked down to the front desk to let them know that our room phone was not working, they said they will send someone up to my room. There was no one who came to fix or access the problem.
