It was nice--the view from the room (33rd floor) was super! Booking .com messed up my name on the reservation. It used my middle initial ( A.) on my last name. Staff was great and very helpful!
We had a great time. the price to many hidden fees. But overall out was great

Great place to stay to break up a long road trip The slots are pretty tight We really enjoyed the ambience & had a great steak dinner
A Good one A buffet breakfast would be nice Good , but it would be better to havebuff the Buffet Restaurant

The room was great…the staff sucked! I wasn’t impressed with the staff. I was traveling for work and I made the hotel aware of that when I made reservations. I was driving a semi with a trailer attached and I requested assistance with parking. You can easily find yourself in a bad predicament if you make a wrong turn. But someone from the hotel assured me I would be helped upon arrival. When I exited the freeway, I called the hotel. I was passed on to 4 different people before I was hung up on.
