NIce "Emerald CIty" vibe; I visited other casino's that were livelier and more updated. The a/c however, did not keep the room cool - none of the time. I sat the thermostat on 65 degrees and still had trouble sleeping at night - when even the RNO temperature went down. I also never saw anyone win at the slots or tables. Not just me but I dropped over a grand and did not win on any game, any table. As stated before, I did not see anyone in the casino win even a little bit. Overall very good. Would come back again. We had a beautiful view, but there was bird poop on the window. We only had one sink. It would have been nice to have two. We had a little problem when using Ivy for room service. When I would text Ivy with our needs the staff would bring items we didn't ask for and on the evening before we were checking out we had to text Ivy twice because no one showed up.
