Loved Patti LaBelle show Lack of restaurant and the ones that were open didn't have extended hours and the directions from the casino row were very confusing and the staff seem to give conflicting guidance. The bathroom lacked privacy in the sink area Reservation desk was friendly. The lady working the customer service desk needed a personality overhaul Clean

nice accommodations. not returning until it’s cheaper all venues at property are way too expensive. rooms, food, and gifts way overpriced.

The room was comfortable but the cost was extremely expensive. I only made an exception because of the concert. The parking lot and elevator entrance was not welcoming. I only came for the Patti LaBelle concert
