Good The elevators were very slow. Only 2 worked on our floor. We waited 30 minutes and every time one came, it was full.
Very Good I enjoyed the location, the casino areas and the restaurants and gift shops.
The room was great…the staff sucked! I wasn’t impressed with the staff. I was traveling for work and I made the hotel aware of that when I made reservations. I was driving a semi with a trailer attached and I requested assistance with parking. You can easily find yourself in a bad predicament if you make a wrong turn. But someone from the hotel assured me I would be helped upon arrival. When I exited the freeway, I called the hotel. I was passed on to 4 different people before I was hung up on.
