Exceptional I have no complaints was very clean a lot of different thing to do bars bands concerts was really nice

The room was modern and clean. The staff were grest. They accomodated our bike storage. The extra resort charges were excessive. We are a senior couple and have no interest in pools etc. Additionally this fee is aimed for families and it seems odd to see small children in a casino environment. The roomwas newly updated with great windowcoverings for sleep.

Un hôtel sympa pour profiter des casinos. Le bruit de l'asenceur juste à côté de la chambre. La vue sur les toits et les climatisations. Un grand lit. Un beau casino relié avec deux autres par des passages intérieurs.
I was disappointed with this stay. Reno is not the same. Not family price friendly. There was no couch, just two chairs. The "spa" room did not have a jetted spa anymore, just a soaking tub. That's not what I wanted after a day of skiing. There was a band-aid stuck to the outside window. Yuk. I've stayed there many times, just not lately and I do not like the changes and they charge more. If you come to gamble, beware.
