Very nice hotel. Would stay again. We were in a room directly above the hotel pool area. The pool and sauna close at 9pm, but there was music coming from the pool deck all night, I called the front desk, but it was never turned off. Also, Casino service was very slow. (Maybe because it was a Monday?) Took an hour to get our Caesars rewards cards, and no one ever came to offer drink service at any time we were playing. I finally went to the bar to get a cocktail. all was fine It was ok for the amount of time we stayed in it first room assigned , the prior occupants had smoked in it and you could really smell it, the desk moved us to a non smelling room
