Enjoyable overnight stay. Pillows incredibly full and firm, great for propping up for reading or tv, couldn't comfortably smush for sleeping. Youth softball event happening in Reno, so pool crowded and no seats available In afternoon Comfortable room, nicely decorated. Liked the Keurig but did have to ask housekeeper for pods for 2nd cup. Nice lemon-scented bath products. Small but well equipped gym.

It was fine. Bed was okay, linens were rough. There weren't enough plug-ins on desk; had to unplug l reservations. I received six separate confirmations, and spent an hour with booking agency, credit card company, bank, and finally your reservation people. There was a "glitch" in the system. checkin
