Yesterday Nov 6th had internet now today Nov 7th no internet service plus not sending the bill out in time. Quick to send late fee though.
I just bought my first home at the beginning of September in the Teton Valley. After buying this house, the internet was my first concern, as I work remotely from home, and rely on the internet for every aspect of my business. Reliable and stable internet is essential and Rise, one of the only other providers in the valley as you know, will not cut it most of the time. It's a good internet service for basic browsing needs but has a hard time loading up streaming services like Netflix, Hulu or Youtube. also can't keep up with online video games because of constant lag or booting out of the games because of connection speed.
extremely slow internet that kicks me off repeatedly. Very disappointed. looking for a new provider after the holiday. 👎
First have enough connections for all of your internet users. I have tracked your drops and you drop my connection three to four times per minute. I have checked 6 other peoples connections and you do the same for all seven of us. This is called fraud. You are selling more connections than you have capacity for. Absolutely the worst ISP on the face of the planet. The speeds are unpredictable and the service is unreliable at best. The only saving grace for the company is their superb and quick customer service. (Thank You) I lived in Portland OR for 15 years and SLC for 5 and had Comcast for almost 13 of those years. I could literally count on 1 hand the amount of outages and performance issues with them. Your internet service for Tetonia is absolutely horrendous. My work is impeded by the slow upload/download speeds, to the point that I have to use cellular data to perform basic functions like google searches. This is costing me both time and money. Your poor service makes it difficult for the entire community to function optimally.
