Had to deal with a weekend supervisor named Jeremy, because there system was down at our house. Sliver Star equipment quit working Saturday morning. We call and where told a technician would be out Saturday afternoon. No show. No call. We call Sunday evening and jump through all- the loops. Finally getting a very rude, unhelpful supervisor named Jeremy. All he could say was sliver star would charge us to come fix there broken equipment. 2 days with no Wi-Fi. Horrible customer service.
We needed to switch phone carriers as we are moving. We switched our phone numbers to a new carrier and silverstar charged us $50 for transferring our numbers- numbers that we had brought with us when we switched to silverstar when we moved here. Really? You guys charge an outrageous amount for service already, and you need to charge us for this?! You guys are terrible.
Service in Alpine (where I live)is nonexistent. They don’t provide unlimited data plans unless you want to carry around a mifi mini modem that works for about 2 hours so then you have to carry around a portable charger to keep the mifi charged. Pretty much a ripoff. Thanks! But you suck. As soon as my contract is up, I’ll be going elsewhere.
Crappy service for the price we have to pay. Feel like I'm getting screwed. We should get a refund for every day the internet is slow or down.
