Had my first weekend here and I love it! Great concierge, great gym w/ pool and the the building is in walking distance to pretty much everything you can ask for in food and entertainment!

Few Amenities. Horrible gym management - it’s not run by silver towers. Horrible gym space- they provide a discount if you pay in full for the gym, but refuse to refund you any money if you want to cancel your membership (this is not disclosed) especially after they downsized the gym. There is no free gym space from 6pm until 9pm now that they downsized. Go across the street to life time - much better gym and equipment! I had the most horrible experience with a guy named Richard who made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. First of all I felt like he prejudged me and from the moment he asked where I’m from he was very rude. He showed me only 1 tiny apartment - not explaining it was 1Br Junior - I was looking for proper 1Br so obviously I left the building. We've lived her for 7 years, but anyone considering moving here should think twice. While the staff and location are terrific, the on-going Monday through Sunday construction noise from the Javits center addition (2 years now with no end in sight) makes living here unbearable. The noise starts around 6-7 am and lately has stopped around 11 pm.
