AWFUL MANAGEMENT, especially with lease renewals. Ian is unpleasant to deal with. He gives ultimatums to force tenants to stay because silver towers can't keep up with the nicer buildings coming to market. He's very unaccommodating with move outs. Where is the appreciation towards your tenants who spent so much over the years living here? Get more for your money at Sky, Ohm, Via or The Laura in FiDi. AWFUL MANAGEMENT, especially with lease renewals. Ian is unpleasant to deal with. I was told I could take my time getting back to leasing on a decision-including four days before my lease expired. The second I wanted three extra days to move into the preferred apartment location I was told to sign or vacate. I was locked out of the billing portal and my key fob was denied access to the building even though I paid rent through the three extra days. I heard that management did NOT tell residents that there was an active prowler roaming the buildings when they new someone was breaking into apartments and the police had multiple reports. When asked, they did not deny it.
Management has completely fell off. Impossible to work with. Where is the humanity in working with people and after spending so much money and time. Not worth it. Be human please. ���

Worst management ever. Like you talk to a brick wall. From security issues which was questionable and horror show communicating properly. Two years I've lived here and the place is going down hill.

kinda expensive for the gym, no pool, no hot tub, small apts, no late night parking. no discounts for guest parking, typical Rat Race NYC facade building, Amazing, helpful, and caring doormen & front desk staff!!!!!
