Very clean and inviting. I arrived a few minutes early to fill out paperwork,however service was slow. I had a mammogram and waited in an ill-fitting gown for my second procedure . I was disappointed the female tech didn’t tell me who the two male techs were. The one male tech was black and had unattractive braids. Instead of watching he Fooled with his phone. So glad I turned the gown around, felt I was covered better.

I have never met a nicer and FUN group of professionals in the medical field before attention to comfort and detail Dr. was very thorough.I would HIGHLY recommend there service.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perhaps I am the exception to the experience. My particular service and experience with SimionMed was very disappointing. My doctor's referral was NOT booked to the physician's requirements. Once this was pointed out, the same day of my appointment, from my original booked location, I was asked to drive to another location where they actually can do the requested MRI and X-Rays, per my doctor's note. They booked me as an open MRI. I was asked from the beginning of the booking process if I was claustrophobic. I always answere... read more

The hour and a half wait time Past appointment time. This is not the first. Waited 2 hours for MRI in January. There was no updates on why you had to wait or expected time when you might get service. Emergencies should be sent to the hospital where people expect to wait. A little more respect from the receptionist could be very helpful. Yesterday they were like wet fish from the younger ones. Office exam rooms too cold sonogram table is not adjustable needs to go down for paralysis patient needs

trying to make an appointment for a needle biopsy is ridiculous!!! you can't do it online, you can't do it in person... only through the call center which has NO CLUE what they are doing. I called in Jan of this year and scheduled it for 11am at the Altamonte location only to arrive and have the front desk tell me they don't see my appointment and REFUSED to make another. I called and complained but now this morning I'm tried again to reschedule and was tossed around to three different people and over an hour of hold time ju... read more

I had 2 orders on 12/14/21. CT SCAN went well though took longer than usual. I left w/o getting my chest X-ray. Went back next day to learn they’d thrown out the order. Called Dr to Fax order. I waited 2 1/2 hrs; claimed no fax rcvd. Got home and saw notice from main scheduling that fax was rcvd at 1:38-just not at Altamonte Springs center I presume. Called main scheduling to be sure I could get xray 12/16/21 and they offered 10:30am appointment. When I arrived today was told there was 1 1/2 hour wait. Chest X-rays are walki... read more
