RecommendedHad a CT Scan , when sent to my Doctor they only received 1 page of 4 , I have gone back and fourth 3 times between doctor and them trying to get the rest of my results to my doctor . I don’t know if it’s the doctors office fax that’s not working right or Simons. still waiting on a call from the doctor regarding the results 🤔
Last minute phone call to cancel appointment that I was fasting for.
I’m 37 weeks pregnant and my ultrasound pictures that they did were super blurry and unclear! I was given at least 6 pictures of only two different pictures! They do however take care of you very fast and are super kind workers and front desk ladies were super pleasant
I do recommend—Staff courteous & professional.

They will overcharge you and fight with you to get your money refunded back. Two months later I'm still having trouble getting them to refund me over $500 in overcharges. My insurance company has even called them directly to give me my refund but they still have to do it. UPDATE: Still no refund. They are on excuse #10 now. My insurance has called them 5 times more and given them my Explanation of Benifits PROVING they overcharged me $530!!! Even spoke to someone from their regional office but still nothing!! previously scheduled at the Longwood location less than 24 hrs the Receptionist called To cancel my appointment and I explained to her that it was imperative I have this test done. because my follow up with my cardiologist was next Friday. I asked her if you guys require 24 hours notice for cancelation so do patients when their work schedule is not as flexible as others so she schedule me to the Altamonte Springs location. The female x ray tech and the female US tech were not very friendly. They seemed annoyed at having to do their job. If they were nicer, they might enjoy their job better. And by the way, if you need to know WHY I’m there, you can CALL my Doctor. HE ordered the test, I didn’t. The front desk workers were great- friendly and professional. They get 5 stars!

I had 9 appointment in the Altamonte office for which I arrived at 8:40. The receptionist informed me there was no technicians there, and had no idea what was going on. She then sent me to the Maitland office, and assured me I would be able to be seen immediately at 9:45. After 10, I was still waiting,and when I inquired repeatedly, was told that the procedure prior to mine should have only taken 40 minutes, and the tech must have been running slightly behind.
